Get in discussions over situational leadership and discover your own biases in decision making. Learn about best leadership practices and apply them in your work and life to become a better leader. Our coaches design each session to engage students in interactive exercises and discussions which enable them to look inwards and develop themselves into better leaders. Our classes introduce them to principles for better time management, negotiation, team building, initiative and innovation among others.
