Model G20 vs Model UN
If you know Model UN (MUN), here’s the honest comparison. A Model United Nations simulates the UN and debates resolutions. Model G20 simulates the G20 — the forum of the world’s 21 leading economies — where delegates negotiate the real global agenda by consensus, the way world leaders actually do. Same love of diplomacy; a summit that runs closer to the real thing.
Both are worth doing. Many of our delegates come to Model G20 after their first Model UN — ready for a room where the decisions move 85% of global GDP.
Why the G20, not the UN
The UN sets norms; the G20 is where the world’s largest economies coordinate the money, trade and climate decisions that actually move markets. Simulating it teaches how consensus is really built — no majority to hide behind, no veto to fall back on.
