Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the One Young India website and any programs, memberships, and services offered through it (the "Services"), operated by [registered legal entity name — e.g. One Young India Pvt Ltd / Section 8 company] ("we", "us", "our"), having its registered office at [registered business address]. 1. Who we are

One Young India runs education programs (including Model G20, Model NITI Aayog, Entrepreneurship in Action and Learnacy), memberships providing access to learning resources, and related content. Some Services are paid.

2. Eligibility & accounts

Many programs are intended for students in Grades 8–12. Where a participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking and accept these Terms on the participant's behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Bookings, memberships & payment

Program fees and membership prices are shown on the relevant page in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card details. 4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Service delivery

6. Code of conduct

Website content, curriculum and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Student work published through our programs remains credited to its author.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific Service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [governing-law city] shall have jurisdiction.
