Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for programs and memberships purchased through One Young India, operated by OYI Learning Systems LLP (dba One Young India), GSTIN 07AAGFO7722H1Z5. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Our policy in short

Because our programs run to a fixed calendar and our memberships grant access immediately, program fees and membership charges are generally non-refundable once confirmed, except in the specific cases set out below or where a refund is required by law.

Programs (e.g. Model G20, Model NITI Aayog, Entrepreneurship in Action)

Memberships

Memberships (Learnacy Essential) give immediate access to digital content and are non-refundable once activated, except where a refund is required by law.

When a refund applies

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. You are entitled to a refund where:

These statutory protections apply regardless of the “non-refundable” terms above.

Scholarships & credits

Where a need-based scholarship or One Young India wallet credit is granted, its terms are confirmed to you in writing. Wallet credit is applied against fees, is not redeemable for cash, and is non-refundable.

How to reach us about a cancellation or refund

Email info@oneyoungindia.com with your name, the program or plan, and your payment reference. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days.

How eligible refunds are issued

Where a refund does apply, it is made to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reaches your account within 5–7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
