Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for programs and memberships purchased through One Young India. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Programs (e.g. Model G20, Model NITI Aayog, Entrepreneurship in Action)

If you need to cancel a confirmed program booking:

• Cancellations made [X days] or more before the program start date: [e.g. full refund minus a ₹X processing fee].
• Cancellations made within [X days] of the start date: [e.g. 50% refund / no refund].
• Once a program has begun: [e.g. no refund].
• A confirmed place may be transferred to another eligible participant on request, subject to availability.

If One Young India cancels or reschedules a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort.

Scholarships

Where a need-based scholarship is granted, the adjusted fee (if any) and its refund terms will be confirmed to you in writing before payment.

Memberships

[State whether memberships (e.g. Essential, Access CBSE Notes) are refundable. Common approach: because access is granted immediately, memberships are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law. Confirm your position.]

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email info@oneyoungindia.com with your name, the program/plan, and your payment reference. We aim to acknowledge within [e.g. 2 working days].

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reach your account within [e.g. 5–7 working days] of approval, depending on your bank.
